To become an authority in your niche, you need to exude confidence. Even if you’re worried, anxious, or unsure of yourself, what you project must be that you have it all together – you can’t be paralyzed by fear.
Are you willing to be a student for life? No successful marketer gets to the top and stops learning this industry. That only means you’ll eventually become the prey of another hungry marketer who’s stayed on the ball with up-to-the-minute solutions and practices in your niche so that they can become king of the mountain when you let your guard down.
You have to know how to get from point A to point B on your journey to achieving financial independence. Do you know what you’ll say when your in-laws or spouse questions your “career?” If you’re a fearless marketer, the inquisition won’t bother you a bit.
If you aren’t sure how to develop a blueprint for your success, don’t know how to set and achieve goals, or have a mindset that’s not in sync with that of victory, then work on those things before you quit your day job and set off on this voyage. You want to be mentally prepared for the ups and downs along the way.
Transactional or Relationship Messages

In general, the term “Transactional or Relationship Messages” are emails in Which the primary purpose is: to Facilitate, complete, or confirm a commercial transaction the recipient has Previously That Agree to Enter Into with the sender;
to Provide warranty information, product recall information, or safety or security information with Respect to a commercial product or service or Purchased Used by the recipient;
to Provide- Concerning notification to change in the Terms or features of;
notification of a change in the recipient’s standing or status with Respect to, or
Periodic at regular intervals, account balance information or Other type of account statement with Respect to, a subscription, membership, account, loan, or comparable commercial Ongoing Ongoing Relationship INVOLVING THE purchase or use by the recipient of products or Services offered by the sender;
Directly to Provider information related to an Employment Benefit Plan or related Relationship in Which the recipient is Currently Involved, Participating, or roll up, or
to Deliver goods or services, Including product updates or upgrades, That the recipient is Entitled to Receive under the Terms of the transaction That the recipient has Previously Agree To enter Into with the sender.
What That Is That All Means Something if somebody buys from you, you are allowed to send email That Them That Relates to purchase. You Can Send them a “thank you” message to “your order will ship soon” message to “your order has shipped” message to “how do you like your product” message …. Etc, etc, etc. There is real not impossible limits on How Many You Can send messages, Simply the guidelines say to “be reasonable”.
Further examples Would Be if you sold a product and Then Had to notify the buyer of updates or repairs, or Perhaps You Need to Periodically notify credits How Many People They Have in Their account, you or your Employees Need to notify about updates to your Benefits plan – all of These Are transactional messages and except That the “from” and the “subject” Must Be truthful, none of the can-spam Requirements apply.
Even Though I Used the words “sold” and “buyer” in my examples, the exchange of money or tangible items is not a Requirement of transactional messages. You Also Have A Relationship When someone subscribes to your newsletter or joins your newsgroup. Commercial Messages – The Specifications
The CAN-SPAM Act defines commercial e-mail messages as

Illustrative of Those Factors Relevant to this interpretation include the placement of content That is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service, in whole or in part substantial businesses, at the Beginning of the body of the message, the proportion of the message dedicated Such content to, and how color, graphics, type size, and style Are Used to highlight commercial content.
Commercial email messages subject to the Requirements Are That the sender or initiator include the Following in the message:
- A clear and conspicuous notice That the message is an advertisement or solicitation,
- if the message is Sent Without the affirmative”Consent”of the recipient; clear and conspicuous notice of the recipient’s right to opt out of commercial Subsequent messages from the sender Saami, and

3 Step Process to Make Products
1. Make a free or paid live class product
Once you’ve done and you have chosen a topic your target market is interested in knowing more about, offering a 1-hour teleclass on this topic. Cover three points and offer solutions.
2. Wrap it almost.
Now you have audio recordings and notes to provide the product together and …
3. Wrap it up in a concrete product.
You can then take it up a notch and turn it into a physical product and sell it that way as another income stream for you.
And here are some of my other favorite tips for easy product creation:
- If you do not have a list or access to a list, you can offer a free class on the subject, and then charge people for the product down the road, or afterwards.
- Another option is to have someone interview you on the subject to create the product. You can bid on the questions with the interviewee questions. This is a good strategy if you do not think you can get enough people on a call.
- You can play some live classes or workshops you now hold as well, and re-package the presentation or almost tangibly.
- Try to record everything, so you always have the option to offer it at some level down the road.
- Promote your teleclass on the list, by colleagues who are willing to spread the word (especially if it’s free) and by teleclass listing services.

Ask your prospects a simple, open questions as “What is your biggest challenge in building your business online?” or “What is one thing you will learn more about it in terms of balancing work and family life?” Tailor to your niche and use the information you get to help spark ideas for new products and services.
2. Almost as simple: Make a simple survey that asks questions 1-10 using a survey tool that Zoom Rank or Survey Monkey. This allows you to ask more specific questions to elicit more specific measures.
